Marc BERETTA

Marc has been a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2017. He has more than 20,000 hours of coaching CEOs and Executives from all around the world since 2004. A client of his described Marc as an “all-terrain coach”. He is the CEO and the founder of Inis alga, an international coaching firm. Transmitting has always been Marc’s passion; he has over 16 years of experience in teaching and facilitating adult learning and engagement in the classroom (in-person and virtual). He is an Affiliate Professor and an Academic Director for Executive programs at HEC Paris, ranked number one worldwide in Executive Education by the Financial Times in 2022 and 2023. He is also a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor. Marc authored Leadership Landmarks (LID Publishing, 2024) on how to effectively use the 8 ICF Core Competencies -as a coach or as a leader- and Le Management en Schemas (Ellipses, 2025) on how to embody coaching skills as a manager. He also wrote The Peace Process in Northern Ireland: from Hatred to Reason chapter of the co-authored book Landmark Negotiations from Around the World (Larcier, 2019) on the power of hope and intention. He wrote several articles on Leadership and Executive Coaching in Forbes, People Managing People, Media, Challenges, Courriers Cadres, L’EXPRESS, and Les Echos. He started his career in managerial positions in demanding companies -e.g. Arthur Andersen, Nomura Securities in Tokyo, LVMH- before devoting his skills to humane topics. Marc is the CEO, the Founder, and the Director of Education of ANAILIS, the coaching school that combines coaching, leadership and mindfulness skills to promote harmony at the workplace. He is also a Performance Evaluation Reviewer, an instructor, a mentor and an observer at ANAILIS.

Anna NG

Facilitating adult learning has been a core part of her professional path — enriched by formal training, hands-on practice, continuous learning and a genuine commitment to transformational growth. Her foundation was laid through the HEC Global Executive Coaching program (2017), where she immersed herself in multi-disciplinary coaching/adult development theory, reflective practice, and experiential learning. From 2019 to 2022, she deepened this further as a member of the Academic Team at HEC, co-leading an international cohort of executive coaching students (2020-2021). That experience -guiding senior professionals across cultures- sharpened her ability to create high-impact learning environments, both in-person and online. Key certifications/training have also shaped her facilitation style:
• The Generative Change Practitioner (with Robert Dilts & Stephen Gilligan, 2018) equipped her to help adult learners access creativity, resilience, and deep change through mind-body integration and narrative work.
• Brain-Based Team Coaching (2020) and Positive Intelligence (2020) added neuroscience and mental fitness tools to her toolbox.
• Systemic Team Coaching (2021) strengthened her approach to group learning, team dynamics, and complex systems.

Her goal has always been to create space for insight, dialogue, and real transformation in order to bring sustainable joy and lightness of being. Anna ihas an EMCC global team coaching accreditation. She is the founding director of Move the Cursors.

Maeve COBURN

Maeve led the learning and development team for L’Oreal USA for 12 years and observed then facilitated many leadership development workshops. She also completed a team coaching certification with Peter Hawkin and an 18-month Gestalt OD program with a lot of hands-on experience. Maeve also co-teaches two different programs (‘Agile Leadership, Transforming Mindsets and Capabilities in Organizations’ -on campus- and ‘Building Organizations Culture -online-) at Harvard Executive Education. Maeve has over then 500-hour experience in teaching Ishta Yoga to adults. Moreover, she is an Advisory Board Member, an experienced Business Leader (Lafarge Corporation, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal). She had been an Executive Committee Member at L’Oreal USA for over than 10 years. She was trained as a Gestalt OD iGold practinioner, she has an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor’s in chemical engineering from the University College Dublin.


Caroline GASC

Caroline has gained on-line and in-person experience through training with TCI (Team Coaching International) and with ORSC (Systemic Coaching School) for several years. A former CFO turned Coach, she has leverages 25 years of global expertise supporting leaders in driving transformative initiatives like M&A, restructuring, and cultural transitions. Her C-level experience across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and in L&D provides a well-rounded perspective on organizational and individual challenges. Combining business acumen, relational insight, and technical expertise, Caroline has designes and delivered practical solutions focused on simplicity and sustainability through 1:1 coaching and team/group coaching. She has equiped leaders and teams with the tools and mindset to navigate complexity, fostering lasting organizational success. She also delver training sessions on coaching skills or relevant leadership competencies online or face-to-face. Caroline holds a master’s in management, a degree in psychology, and is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with certifications in various assessment and development tools.


Oriane GINIES

Oriane hold doctoral degrees in law in France, which means she was trained as « teacher-researchers ». This academic path includes five years of experience as junior lecturers at her University. She worked in Qatar for 8 years as an international lawyer specializing in cyber security and data privacy, before becoming a full-time coach. Back in France, she launched her coaching practice, CoachOrigin, and co-founded Houjo with Julie Boisard-Petrissans. She specializes in crisis management, burn out prevention and DISC analysis.


Sangeeta MATHUR

Sangeeta has studied Andragogy -adult learning principles-  during her PhD program. She has both, in person and virtual training experience. Virtually, she gained experience for Learning & Development course as a part of her Diploma in Human Resource Management. In person, she gained experience during her Coach training at the International Coach Academy in Australia. Sangeeta is an experienced global coach (ICF-PCC), certified team coach, facilitator & organizational transformational consultant having over 20 years of work experience. She has spent 8 years in the United States. She enables people to discover their full potential and lead a powerful life joyously. As a coach, she has had extensive experience coaching senior executives across cultures—-US, UK, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, China, Sri Lanka and many more countries.  She is a certified Team Coach. She has been the member of the Founding Managing Committee for ICF (International Coach Federation) Mumbai Chapter. She has been coaching since 2013 across industries, non-profits and youth. She has worked in organizations such as Tata Management Training Centre, SKF, & L&T Infotech in leadership development wherein she handled various portfolios like: Design & Delivery of Strategic Training programs; Talent Development & Applied Research. She has been consulting for over 8 years. She has been an Assessor for talent for over 11 years (CXO level, senior & middle management) with SHL India Pvt. Ltd. A Vipassana & mindfulness practitioner.


Clémence BERETTA

Clémence is a French Olympic athlete, specialized in the 20 km race walk, as well as a consultant in emotional intelligence and sustainable performance. A double semi-finalist at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, she combines her elite-level experience with her expertise in personal development to support companies and their employees. As a speaker, she addresses topics such as stress management, resilience, and motivation. In parallel, she works at Bouygues Construction and hosts the Bâtir pour Soi podcast, dedicated to mental health and neuroscience. She has been giving conference on emotional intelligence in-person and virtually for 3 years now.

Her unique approach is based on the synergy between performance, well-being, and excellence, inspiring everyone to push their own limits.


Julie BOISARD-PETRISSANS

Julie hold doctoral degrees in law in France, which means she was trained as « teacher-researchers ». This academic path includes five years of experience as junior lecturers at her law University. In addition to that, she had five years of experience as a visiting lecturer at City University London. She is a French Doctor of Law and a qualified lawyer. She started her career in London. She then joined LexisNexis, the world-leading legal information provider. In 2016, she moved to the Middle East as LexisNexis head of operations. After moving back to France, she launched Houjo with Oriane. Houjo is the first online platform providing legal kits to coaches and digital entrepreneurs. Julie is also a co-founding member of MENA Women in Law. Julie & Oriane are both published authors.


Anne CHARRANSOL

Anne is an experienced Medical Doctor and a meditation trainer and instructor for more than 15 years; she has a great experience in teaching and facilitating adult learning and engagement in the classroom (in-person and virtual). She worked as a lung specialist. She ran a center specializing in respiratory rehabilitation. She cared for people with severe respiratory illnesses and accompanied them on their difficult journey through life, where treatment of the body is fundamental, and the needs and questions of the person go far beyond that. One question animated her and pushed her to go further: “How do we get through the trials of life that confront us, sometimes knock us down, or simply destabilize us? » While pursuing this open-ended question, she took a variety of training courses: NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Family Constellations, EMDR, Transactional Analysis and Process Communication, Meditation, Coaching. In 2007, she began coaching individuals and groups, proposing a personal integration of these methods and tools. And since then, she has continued to pursue her inner journey in parallel with coaching.”


Sonia ERHARD

With over than fifteen years of experience as a trainer, Sonia has specialized in public speaking and theater workshops for diverse groups, including children, adults, and specific populations such as incarcerated individuals and people with disabilities. Her approach combines professional training with interpersonal coaching skills, honed through certifications such as RMCP and training from psychotherapists and psychoanalysts. As a director and interpersonal coach, she focuses on unlocking personal potential within groups, tailoring her methods to foster growth and engagement in both professional and artistic settings. She brings a wealth of cross-sector experience, making her a versatile and dynamic professional. One of her greatest strengths lies in her ability to navigate diverse, ever-evolving environments and collaborate with a wide range of personalities. With an initial background in communication, she worked with the Toulouse Opera, the Expressifs Festival, and Première Vision (UK representative) before transitioning into acting, writing, and directing after studying in London. Upon returning to France, she quickly gained recognition for training executives and business leaders. She later specialized in coaching and training programs that blend creativity with entrepreneurial reality, helping professionals unlock new avenues for growth and transformation. In 2016, she trained in coaching at Harmonie and earned her official coaching certification in 2017.


Stéphane GIRARD

Stéphane has adult on-line and in-person training experience in various fields (e.g. public speaking, wine tasting) for years. He has also experienced the TEDx Talks as a speaker in 2018 about ‘career change’, facing 2,000 people in-person. Stephane is a Coach / consultant and ex-entrepreneur with significant business experience in management consulting at Bain & Company and finance, investment banking at UBS, Deloitte Corporate Finance and BNP Paribas (M&A, ECM, LBO). He’s graduated from INSEAD MBA and The WHARTON SCHOOL MBA. He’s HEC / RNCP certified Executive Coach and NLP Practioner & Hypnotherapist.


Eric HENNET

As the CEO of his company, he is used to take the lead, and to embark people around company’s common interests. He is a great speaker. His testimony as a coachee was very much appreciated by Cohort 1. After being a business development Manager for BDP International in the United States, Eric Hennet entered Qualitair&Sea in 2002 as Business Unit director. since then, he has risen through the ranks to become CEO & Partner QUALITAIR&SEA Group and its subsidiaries in 2021. In 2018 he graduated from HEC Paris Executive MBA. He is a voluntary mentor at IME -le mentorat pour la croissance-.


Shirine MAHER

As the co-founder of EDZO, Shirine co-facilitates Thibault Montoya’s trainings on AI to professionals in-person and virtually for more than 5 years. She is passionate about technology and how it can bring human at the center of customer relationship. EDZO’s purpose is to help companies manage remote personnel and help them achieve their tasks and missions. Edzo’s AI based solution is a leader in business process digitization : specialized in HR, QHSE and HOS processes. Shirine has pursued a career in Wealth Management for over 20 years, in Sales and Business development. First at Merrill Lynch then at Credit Suisse, she worked closely with investment professionals and family offices in Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East and has successfully expanded the business. In 2016, Shirine completed an Executive MBA at HEC Paris adding strategic competence to her financial and sales experience, with a specialization in innovation and entrepreneurship.


Thibault MONTOYA

As the co-founder of EDZO, Thibault has a long experience in teaching AI to engineering students of the “decentralized finance” program at ens-IIE engineering school, but also in teaching AI to professionals -conference speaker and workshop instructor- in-person and virtually for more than 5 years. He is an entrepreneur in Artificial Intelligence, he designs systems to improve day-to-day work and thrive collective intelligence with useful data. In 2016 he graduated from HEC Paris Executive MBA.


Florence N’DZANGA

Florence was the guest speaker to conclude the whole ANAILIS training process. Her testimony as a coachee was very much appreciated by all ANAILIS participants. With 15+ years of experience in financial management and performance optimization, she thrives in dynamic environments, combining strategic finance expertise with people-centered leadership. She has led complex projects mainly in energy and natural resources, but also consulting, driving efficiencies and strengthening organizations. Holding an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, she combines expertise in strategy, finance, and leadership with the ability to navigate diverse corporate cultures and evolving business landscapes. For the past decade, she has led teams and engaged with communities (inspiring young girls, green champions, and the Youterus initiative). Working with international companies has shaped her leadership style and reinforced her adaptability and resilience. My global mindset and mobility allow her to seamlessly integrate into different environments, build strong relationships across cultures, and drive impact wherever she is. Sophie RAVIER

Sophie Ravier is an astrologist, founder in 2014 of The Yoga Mama Club & The Astro Mama Club.The Yoga Mama Club offers bespoke Yoga holidays across European destinations, dedicated to sharing inspiring experiences & opening awareness for an healthier, happier living. The Astro Mama Club is an astrology consultancy, relating to a modern approach of Evolutionary Astrology, as a tool to self-knowledge & self-realization. Previously, she has over 15 years of experience in integrated communication & PR in building profile of global lifestyle & luxury brands – Proven track record in developing & implementing creative and impactful programs and storytelling, highly effective un providing strong leadership. Through all this, she has gained great experience in training adults online and in person.


Tan TRAN

In 2008, during the global financial crisis, Tan underwent a profound personal collapse, grappling with challenges in his career, relationships, health, and family life. This period of upheaval led him to discover mindfulness practices in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Since then, he has devoted himself to studying, practicing, and teaching mindfulness, initially within this tradition and later broadening his approach by incorporating contemplative practices and scientific research from various fields, such as leadership, psychology, and neuroscience. Tan has worked extensively with leaders and organizations, integrating his MBA specialized in leadership and renowned programs such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Search Inside Yourself (SIY), Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP), and Theory U. He has also translated influential books on mindfulness and leadership by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Otto Scharmer, and Robert K. Greenleaf. Since 2008, he has supported thousands of leaders and prestigious organizations, including the United Nations, General Electric, Salesforce, Heineken, L’Oréal, and Manulife. Currently, Tan resides near the Plum Village International Mindfulness Center in France with his companion. He speaks Vietnamese, English, French, and Norwegian.


Linjie WANG

Linjie teaches at Neoma Business School and works as an independent counselor trainer. She gives conferences on sustainability on a regular basis. She is an ecology expert. She works as a consultant and trainer in biodiversity, CSR, sustainability and cosmetics. She is the founder of Asso TESFEC. She has over 15 years of experience in building and enhancing both retail and wholesale business. She launched and managed cosmetic brand HERBORIST (Shanghai JAHWA GROUP) in French market since 2008 with proven record of turning tricky situations into successful stories. Fluency in Chinese, French, English make me very quick to adapt and able to analyze and solve problems in a constantly changing business environment. In 2020 finished a thesis on the ecological transition in France and China at HEC Paris, received second Master diploma and founded the public interest organization TESFEC, which promotes intercultural training and dialogues on ecology, sustainable development, community building, and sustainable living. In 2021, Launched a project to build our first “jardin-forêt” in the city. In 2024, TESFEC Received the Nanterre government’s Ecological Transition Bourse and >1,000 square meters of land, dedicated to the creation of urban oases, the regeneration of the soil, and the promotion of community building through teaching and popular participation.–

Anne CHARRANSOL

Anne is an experienced Medical Doctor and a meditation trainer and instructor for more than 15 years; she has a great experience in teaching and facilitating adult learning and engagement in the classroom (in-person and virtual). She worked as a lung specialist. She ran a center specializing in respiratory rehabilitation.
